Frederick Houck Homestead, Chester County PA

Does anyone know the exact location of the Frederick Houck homestead on Hopewell Road in Warwick Township, Chester County PA? I was on Hopewell Road today trying to find it and could not.

Frederick Houck bought the property (originally 100 acres, with house)in 1794 and it stayed in the family for decades, was sold, then bought back by the family in 1905, in 1926 bought by Theodore and Carrie Neiman (source: Treasures of the Upper French Creek Valley: The Story of Warwick Township). A stone house on the property close to the road (not the main house) was used as a store beginning around 1850.
