I can't find a will for a Francis Blair, in Chester or any surrounding counties.... The only thing I found for a Wm Blair was not in 1751, and not a will, but adm. papers...I inlcude it, and a later one, below....

BLAIR, WILLIAM. September 26, 1748. Adm. to James Blair.

Blair, Wm 1867 West Marlborough

I found a will for Samuel Blair, with a wife, Frances, in 1751....isn't this be what you're really looking for?

These are the wills for a Samuel Blair, in Londonderry, and a WIFE named Frances (a man is Francis but a WOMAN is Frances)....and a will for his wife, Frances....the dates correspond to the dates you listed, so I imagine THESE are the people you are interested in, rather than Wm and a man named Frances.

BLAIR, SAMUEL. Londonderry. Minister.
March 30, 1751. August 13, 1751. C. 296.To wife Frances 1/2 of all estate real and personal and management of other 1/2 while unmarried with authority to devise the same by will among children if she die unmarried. If she marries again 20 to be given to each of daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Hannah, Sarah, Francina, Martha and Susanna when 21 and remainder to sons Samuel, William Lawrence and Isaac. Executors: Wife Frances and Job Ruston and David Ramsay. Wit: Samuel Finly, John Brown, James Gilliland.

BLAIR, FRANCES. Widow of Rev. Samuel. Londonderry.
August 25, 1784. February 14, 1786.
To granddaughter Frances, daughter of Rev. David Rice of Virginia, Frances, daughter of my son Rev. Samuel Blair, and Frances, daughter of Rev. John Carmichael, 5 each at 18 or marriage. To daughter Hannah Foster my silver tankard, and at her death to her daughter Mary Van Hook Foster. To Eleanor Elliot one cow at 18. To my 4 granddaughters, Mary Van Hook Foster, Martha Blair Foster, Hannah Susanna and Elizabeth Foster 30 to be divided at 18. To the daughter of Agnes Evans (formerly Haggarty) living in the Jerseys, 10 shillings. All real and estate to be sold and proceeds divided among sons Samuel and William Lawrence Blair and daughters Mary Rice, Hannah Foster, Sarah Carmichael,Frances Moore, Martha Edmeston and Susanna Sanderson, daughters shares to be 50 less than the sons. Also to each of them certain articles named. To son William Lawrence Blair, Esq., all my right, etc. in house and lot in New York City, devised to me by my father Lawrence Van Hook, Esq. of New Jersey. Executors: Sons Samuel and William L., friend William Heslet, Esq. Letters to William L. Blair and Heslet.Wit: Thomas Whann, Samuel Love.

Sanuel and Francis had 3 sons, according to his will....William Lawrence, Samuel and Isaac...there are no wills for Samuel (Isaac apparently died before his mother, as there is not mention of him in his mother's will) and the only one for a William does not include the middle name in the listing....it's
Blair,Wm. 1831, in Honeybrook...no will but adm. papers in probate.
Frances' will has a WEALTH of descendant information...as much and as exacting as any I've ever seen.....her grandchildren, spouses....and, even has her father's name....certainly a lot for you to 'work' on, I'd think!
