IGI records state Isaac was christened in Houghton Le Spring, County Durham, England on July 19, 1829.
Father: Aaron; Mother: Penelope

1860 Banks Twp. census: There may be another sibling to Isaac: Aaron, as 23, engineer, born in PA; wife listed as "Mrs", age 22, PA and daughter: Penelope, six months, PA.
