on 1880 US Census: Hospital, Lausanne

This hospital appears to be all male and run by James Maron and was listed as being in Lausanne. What kind of hospital was this?

On the entry for one of the patients, David Watkins (born 1814 in Wales), it is listed as being in Laurytown. What is/was the actual address of this institution?

Anyone know if David is the father of Elizabeth, who married Daniel Henry and lived in Beaver Meadow?

Thanks.
