Dear Gerry,

At familysearch.org there is a 1945 Ohio marriage for Arthur LELUX and this gives his parents as Frank A LELUX and Lucy MCELCARR.

Also at that site, I found a 1923 Utah death certificate for a baby with father, Frank Alexander LELUX, born in France and mother, Alice Lucinda MCELCARR, born in Pennsylvania.

It seems to me that the Alice Lucinda could be shortened to Lucy and that the MCELCARR name could be mistakenly given as CARMICHAEL. I don't know the source you have for the surname, CARMICHAEL.

Of interest, there is a 1913 Cambria County marriage for Alice Lucinda MCELCARR an Ira Russell JONES. This Alice Lucinda is the daughter of William MCELCARR and Mary RICHARDS. I didn't find a marriage for Alice Lucinda JONES and Frank Alexander LELUX in the Cambria County marriage index but perhaps you need to look for a LELUX-JONES marriage.

Good luck,
Karen
