At familysearch.org under Pennsylvania County Marriages you can find the data you seek.

They were married Feb 12, 1908 in Johnstown. He was the son of Anton and Elizabeth Drager. She was the daughter of John W. and Mary Womer.

Leopold's WWII draft card shows he was born in Yugoslavia. His WWI draft card shows his middle name as Bartold which might be his mother's maiden name.

It looks like he arrived in Baltimore in Aug 1902 aboard the Breslau. It lists his last residence as St. Fury, Austria (misindexed under the name Leapald Drager in Ancestry).

I suggest getting his obituary and death certificate. The PA Dept of Health should have his death certificate and check with the Cambria County Library or the Johnstown Historical and Genealogical Society for about getting his obit. Both will probably have data on his parents and where he was born and his obit may have data about siblings.
