I looked into some WWI records.Its seems to be true that any state could serve in any state.Three Golby brothers from Johnstown register for the draft.William Henry,Frederick William and John.All born in Houtsdale,PA a mining area All living in Morrellvile on Hattie Ave.Did you google the unit he was in.
