The 1850 census of Cambria County lists a Philip Stultz 22 as the apparent son of Adam 65 and Elizabeth 50. The problem is that Philip is listed as born in PA, but considering how uncommon the name is in the area it could be a mistake. Adam or Elizabeth may have had estate files which would be on record at the Cambria County Register of Wills. Do you know when Philip died?

When the Albany arrived in New York on June 19, 1833 it included passengers Adam Stultz 44 and Elizabeth 40, but no children. The next family of Krutz does have a Philippe 7, but that is stretching things a bit. Try the same sources I suggest for the other family you are looking for.
