Try checking with the Western Pennsylvania Genealogical Society at the Carnegie Library in Pittsburgh to see if they can't help you find an obituary for Sarah. You might also try to get her death certificate from the PA Div. of Vital Records. If you know where she is buried check with the cemetery to see what record they have of her. If nothing else they might be able to give you when she died or was buried which will help in finding the obit and the death certificate.
