Lego/Cramer early 1900s Pennsylvania

My greatgrandfather was John Lego, born around 1886, emmigrated around 1903 (I think), married around 1905, first child (MIke) born 1907-1908, died April 1963. His wife was Annie Cramer, born around 1886, emmigrated around 1903 (I think), died around 1938. Their children were Michael, Mary, John, Anna, Peter, Helen (my grandmother), and Andrew. They lived in Lily, Pennsylvania. I think they came from Austria-Hungary. Names might have been Jan/Janos/Ivan/Iwan Lego/Lega/Lyga/Liga Cramer/Kramer/Kraemer.
