Hi!

Butler County is so thick with John Campbell's that I'm having a heck of a time finding the right one..

I'm looking for John Campbell b.7 Jul 1820 d. 8 Jul 1894. He married Sarah Z Campbell (maiden name unknown) b. 8 Aug 1818 d. 12 Aug 1900. Records show his father was also born in PA, presumably in Butler Co.

John and Sarah had a son John Crawford Campbell b. 1846 d. 1922.

I'm kind of stuck trying to locate elder John's father and mother, as well as Sarah's family. I have researched and do not believe that they come from the John Campbell/Ann Christy line of Campbells in Butler Co.

Any help would be very appreciated!
