Eric,
I'm sorry, I forgot to mention there was no listing for Charles in the Cemetery Index. However, that index has not been updated since the 70's. Maybe someone who lives near the cemetary can help you with that. I checked the obituary index on the Butler Library web site and did not see a listing for his death.
Thank you for your offer, as far as I know right now, I have no family in W. Va.
