I don't have your John or Elanor Bartley in my database of Bucks County Quaker marriages. I have no Whinnerys in that database either. I also looked in my list of land records and orphans court, and there is neither Whinnery (by that spelling that I could find) nor Bartley. There is in the Wills a Lambert Vandyke of Southhapmton, Yeoman, died march 13, 1770, wife's name Mary, and he had a duaghter Elizabeth Bartley. Will book 3, page 266.
