How nice of you to provide this service! Will you see if you can find Shride, Jacob or Shride, Casper - both young soldiers in the Revolutionary War. Anyone you find named Shride will be related to me; I have information on Jacob Shride born 1796. One researcher believes the orginal Shride name came from Johann Philip Schreidt who arrived from Germany in 1754. If you can find any clues on this family, a number of us will be delighted. Thank you!
