Ella May Erwin Cook wrote a letter in 1921 to the Bucks County Historical Society. She was looking for information about John Erwin
b. 1770 Southampton, Bucks County, PA who died in a well blast in 1823 (m. Susan Tomlinson).

John's son was Langhorne Erwin (b. 1800) who married Lavina Bowden.

Their son was Levi B. Erwin (b. in Rocksville, Bucks County, PA in 1839).

Levi married Mary Jane Fulton and his
daughter was Ella May.

Ella May was looking for infomation to join
the Daughters of the American Rrevolution. If any of this rings a bell with you please let me know!!! Thanks!
