Jeff, thanks for the advice. We are at a disadvantage in that we are in Cleveland, OH and my cousin in Bucks Co is not interested in family history. However, we remain hopeful that there will be a lead coming from the past that will paste this all together. The folks at Temple Univ. who are publishing the Biographical Dictionary of PA Legislators have been helpful, as James Melvin was an Assemblyman from Bucks in 1756.
