Christian Miller Bucks PA > Anson/Rowan/Surry NC

I am looking for any information about Christian Miller, who may have been born either in Germany or in PA.

Christian Miller (abt. 1720-1795) lived in Bucks, PA around 1749, per Moravian records which state his wife's name as Veronica (MN Unk). His daughter, Catherina, was born that year in Bucks. I have searched for him in land records and birth records without finding a Christian Miller who removes to NC.

He shows up 7 Oct 1751 in a Granville Warrant executed in New Bern, NC for 640 A in Anson County, NC. (Anson become Rowan in 1753 and Surry in 1771.) Survey for 617 A done in 1753, deed entered 1761.

Christian Miller is listed several Surry tax lists in the 1780s as well as in the 1790 census. His will, dated 1785 and signed with his mark, names son Jacob and daughters Catherina Long, Mary Davis and Elizabeth Carpenter. He died 10 Jan 1795; will settled in court November term 1795.

Any leads on Christian Miller's birth, immigration, lineage would be most helpful.
