The family seems to have been living in Philadelphia in 1860:

Margaret Belger (misindexed as Belzer) 45, born Ireland
Elizabeth 20
Thos 18
Wm 18
Andrew 13
Mary 12
James 9

In the database of Philadelphia death records are several who seem to fit this family notably Elizabeth 1862, Margaret 1866 and Thomas 1884: http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html?datestamp=1195390820093#p=collectionDetails&c=fs%3A1320976

Check with the Bucks County Historical Society and Historical Society of Pennsylvania to see if they can help you. The cemeteries they are buried in may have something in their burial records and if they were Catholic check with the Philadelphia Archdiocese Archives: http://www.pahrc.net/

The death certificates and obituaries for at least one of Margaret's children should have her maiden name.
