I'm afraid there are no birth records for any Hunters in the book. Note that these are mostly from church records, though, so if they weren't church-goers, they're likely not listed.
I also checked my will books, however, and did find Andrew Hunter.
- He was executor a will for Joanna Longshore in 1792.
- There is a will for Patrick Hunter of Newtown. He was 75 years when the will was written in April of 1810. Of relevance to Y-DNA, he had a brother Andrew, a son James, and a son William. James had a son John. With regard to William..."Make no provision for son William he having gone and left no legal issue in this part of the world." I assume William left Bucks County and may or may not have had children elsewhere.

There was also a John Hunter in the county in 1740 who was witness to a will.
