SPENCERS, circa 1750, help please

Hi all:

My Timothy Spencer was born in Bucks Co PA in 1759 according to his Rev War pension application. He served in Surry Co NC and then lived in VA.
A researcher who is no longer with us, was going to do a lookup from a book she referred to as Rigby's....Early Spencers in VA. She told me it is believed that he is the son of a John and Sarah Spencer who lived in Bucks Co PA.

I studied the DNA Spencer pages and looked for the book she referenced with no luck. Can anyone tell me about John and Sarah Spencer who lived in Bucks Co VA who had a son born 1759, Timothy.

Thank you for your help.
