Hosanna (?) Place Plantation, 1740's or earlier (?)
Posted by: Gary Mosier (ID *****6515) Date: April 05, 2006 at 14:00:08

Has anyone ever heard of a plantation around Philadelphia (so, in the counties of Philadelphia, Bucks, Berks, Lancaster, etc, etc) in the 1740's or 1750's called Hosanna, Hosana, Hesamma, etc. (feel free to add any other variations you want) Place Plantation. I'm trying to transcribe an 1759 indenture for the sale if land, and this is driving me crazy. Any help greatly appreciated!
