I hope you see this message, it's been a long time since your post.
This is my mother-in-law's family and I am also working on it. I believe James' father must have been George but this needs work. I assume the Thomas you mention is the brother of Charles, son of Deborah. Judging by their ages Deborah was probably James' sister-in-law.
The family were tinsmiths, butchers and carpenters. Even after our part of the family moved to Middletown, some still worked as tinsmith's in Bristol. One of the Douglass men was a Reverend there.
Where are you located? Our family is still in Bucks.
