Looking for further family links from information obtained from the will of William Brown of the twp. of Upper Dublin, Philadelphia/Montgomery County, PA dated Feb. 20, 1782. William was a Blacksmith. In his will, he mentions is sons: JOHN,WILLIAM, and ISSACHAR (My ancestor)and his daughter JANE and his wife's daughter, ELIZABETH BRITTON. The names of the wives are unknown. He also mentions his nephew JAMES HOGE and niece ANN HOGE. William named his son WILLIAM as sole executor and JOHN MANN and JOHN MARTIN were the witnesses.

JOHN MARTIN; BENJAMIN ISAAC HUMPHREY (he married Jane Dickson-Brown who was widowed from Stephen Brown (1724 - 10/21/1776), William's brother(?); JAMES CRAVEN (the father-in-law to Issachar Brown who married his daughter HANNAH)(also resided in Bucks Co., PA); WALTON BROWN; MARIE GEARHEART

A few years after the death of William, Issachar and Hannah (Craven) Brown, along with Hannah's family immigrated to Lincoln, Loudoun County, VA. Benj. Isaac Humphrey and his wife, Jane Dickson-Brown-Humphrey as well as Isaac's siblings already resided there. Any additional information on this Brown family would be appreciated. Would like to find the parents and additional siblings of William Brown as well as any information on his children.
