1732 Nathaniel Donham of Co. of Bucks, PA Yeoman will Wife HANNAH, sole extrix and guardian of son Ephriam. [to] Dau.Elizabeth [the] House and Lott in Newton now rented by John Frohock. Son Ephriam land in Newtown purchased of Joseph Lupton. Wits: (1)James Yeates, (2)Sarah Twining, John Frohock. Jonathan Fitz Randolph appraises the estate. This will also says that if neither Elizabeth or Ephriam have heirs then the estate goes to the heirs of the body of HANNAH. Elizabeth married Jonathan Fitz Randolph. Can anyone identify Sarah Twining. Since Nathaniel Twining lived on land his father Stephen acquired in Bucks Co.[Newton], could this Sarah be the wife of Nathaniel?
I believe that this Ephriam is the same as the Ephriam Donham in Loudon Co. VA by 1760.
