"The Old Bailey Mill"

A distant cousin of mine recently uncovered an old family photograph of a Mill in Bucks County. The text on the reverse says "The old Mill belonging to the Bailey family around Neshaminy Bensalem & New Port, Buck Co."
Additional information lets us know that the photo was taken by William Franklin Bailey, sometime between 1890 and 1900. The mill is in a state of decay by the time of the photo, though a water wheel is still visible.

I assume that there is a family connection between the photographer and the owner of the mill, but I'm uncertain where to look for additional information. I am aware of the online article by Samuel Eastburn (http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~buckscounty/mills.html), but I have little other information. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Ed
