Hello, and thanks for the information. I believe that common
ancestors came from the Raubsville area; some settled in the
Harmony area of the Phillipsburg, NJ area. I know that
William Henry Raub, Sr. married Anna C. Wagner some time in the 1880's. Both passed away in the 1940's. I don't know if they were married in the Easton area or the Phillipsburg
area. I know that my grandparents--William Henry Raub, Jr.
(1887-1963) and Sarah Williamson Cole Fishbough (1895-1974)
--were married at St. Luke's in Phillipsburg on 16 Mar. 1913
and divorced in Union or Warren Co. in 1924. I think that one of my great-grandparents' sons (Walter Raub) was one of
the last born--in 1898. I believe he died in the 1980's.
Does any of this information help you, and/or me connect
with you or perhaps another Raub descendant? Please feel free to e-mail me directly. And thanks for your response.
I truly appreciate hearing from you. Lawrence
