According to the Bradford County, PA Death Records 1893-1901, Elias was born in Athens Boro., Bradford Co., PA and died 29 May 1897 in Bradford County, PA at the age of 81. He is buried in the Liberty Corners (aka Hollon Hill) Cemetery in Monroe Twp., Bradford Co., PA. His cause of death is noted as "Erysipelis" -- probably meant "Erysipelas."
According to the Register of Deaths Vol. 2 - From Courthouse Records - Towanda, PA, Julia A. Detrick, a widow, died at the age of 85 on 4 Dec 1903 in Towanda. The cause of death was "Paralysis." She, too, is buried in the Liberty Corners Cemetery.

I would love to learn what info you have on this family, including Alfred F. and his daughter Hattie Rebecca. Do you know the names of the parents of Elias? In the 1870 census there is a John Dietrick, age 77, living with Elias & Julia. This John would be Johannes (John) Detrick (22 Sept 1792 - 5 Mar 1881); he was married to Elizabeth Smith and possibly before that Mary Depue but I don't know whether or not he was the father of Elias.
