Could this Joseph Bowen be Joseph N. Bowen? We have in the Sleeper family of Bradford Co., Warren Center a Joseph N. Bowen married Mary Bowen - thus, keeping this girl, Mary Bowen in the Bowen surname into which she was born.

We have never been able to find out where Joseph N. Bowen came from. His parents?

Mary Bowen, dau of Benjamin Bowen and Charlotte Canfield Bowen married Joseph N. Bowen about 1875.

Benjamin Bowen was the son of Sarah Sleeper dau. Robert Sleeper, Sr & Abner Bowen, son of James Bowen all of Warren Center area.

Could this Joseph be Joseph Nelson Bowen or Joseph Newman Bowen?

Help is needed. Thank you. Virginia Sleeper-Terry
