Elsie M. Hatch

Elsie M. Hatch, 75, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 18, 2003 after a long extended illness. She was born in Deposit, N.Y. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Earl H. Hatch Sr.; and her daughter, Ethel A. Hatch (Schaffer). She is survived by her children, Earl H. Hatch Jr. and Virginia Hatch, Whitney Point, N.Y., Richard and Mary L. Weyant (Hatch), Binghamton, N.Y.; nine grandchildren, Rebecca A. Perry (Hatch), Jeffery and Curtis Hatch, Alisha A. Miller, Conway Schaffer, Brittany McMann, Rebecca Schaffer, Ryan D. McMann and Kylee McMann; two great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Anna Perry; also several brothers and sisters. She was a member of the Owego First Baptist Church. She enjoyed doing her crafts. She was a longtime resident of Sayre House Nursing Home. She was very loved by her family and friends. She was very loved and well cared for by the staff at Sayre House Nursing Home. She will be missed by one and all.
Services will be at Knorr Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2003 at Downsville, N.Y.
