I have been trying to work this one out, once more...here is the 1850 census from Richmond township, Tioga County, PA.
Addison is listed here, being six years old. Could he have been born in Tioga County?
Perhaps what appears to be "Tingaleo", is actually "Tioga Co."? Handwriting from those days can be more than difficult to read, at best.
