Belfast Township, Bedford County

Is the Belfast Township listed in the 1820
Federal Census as part of Providence Town-
ship, Bedford County the same Belfast Town-
ship listed in what later became Fulton
county in 1850? I find ancestors listed in
Belfast Township,Providence Township in 1820
FC and also listed in Providence Township in
1830 and then I don't hear from them anymore
and I was wondering if I am looking in the
wrong county. Please email me directly at Thanks, Mitch
