I am 99% sure that the Abraham/Elizabeth Knee link is spurious.

-Abraham's son John definitely married an Elizabeth Knee

-None of the other Elizabeths from her family fit time-wise as John's mother

-There was only one Knee family in the area, and they have been VERY thoroughly researched

The other information is what I've found so far. Thanks for your efforts, though.

What's needed, unfortunately, is new information. And it might not be properly recorded anywhere. It certainly isn't online.
