I am researching Richard Clair who can be found in the 1880 census in Saxton. He is listed as age 40 living with his wife Susan A. age 25, his daughter Clarissa age 5, and his son James W. (my grandfather) age 2. He came to the U.S. from England. It is said he came here as a professional boxer. Does anybody have this family in their database? Any information would be aprreciated.
