This message is quite old, so hope your still out there.

Do you have a list of children for Thomas Miller 1730-1780 m. Ellen McGuire, or for Richard Miller 1770-1883 m. Irene Patterson? My husband descends from a William Miller (b. ca 1799) from Beaver Co., PA. He may of been married to either a Martha Arbuthnot (spelling?) or a Martha Steed. I have two conflecting names here and I think it has to do with the many Miller's. We do know however that her first name was Martha. Our Miller's left PA and came to Meigs Co., OH. Some stayed in Meigs County, my husbands line crossed the Ohio River and went to Putman Co., WV.

I've ran across a Miller family from this area, his Miller's also came from Beaver Co., PA and came to Meigs Co., OH..then over WV, however we have not found a connection. His line is from a John Miller, one generation before my husbands William Miller. Had hope to find in their material that our William was John's son, but John didn't have a son by the name of William.

Any help or resources I may check will be quite helpful.

Thanks, Billie Miller (female)
