Hopewell grave

Has anyone heard of a so called witches grave somewhere in a Hopewell area cemetery? It is apparently the only black headstone surrounded by all white ones. The inscription reads:

"As you are
I once was
As I am
You will be
Prepare for death
And follow me"

(or something pretty close to that)
