Beaver Co. in 1900 - info needed

I'm searching for any information that would be able to pinpoint that the GILLAUM family lived in Beaver Falls (and co.) in 1900. Am trying to determine daughter Alice's birthdate in PA in 1900. Is there a census or directory of this area for 1900?

Looking for the following family:

Walter C. Gillaum b. OH
Mary/Letitia b. OH (wife)
Ruth E. b. 0h 1894
George b. OH 1896
Alice (don't know if born before census date)

Mary went by various names, usually some form of Letitia/Lottie. Walter may have been in the insurance business. This family moved around a lot! Would be in Toledo by 1910 census.

Any help appreciated. The spelling of surname is sort of unique, but generally they stuck with this particular spelling. Was originally Guillaume, but could be just about any variation.
