BULL RUN in Beaver County?? in 1822

Trying to find BULL RUN in PA. Is there or was there ever such a place called BULL RUN or something similar, in Beaver County around 1822? If there was such a place does it still exist today?

Death certificate from ancestor lists place of birth as being BULL RUN, PA.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
