I am searching for the parents of Bessie Boyd. She married William Campbell Todd (b. about 1870) probably in Beaver County, PA. They both married late in life. They lived in Hookstown, Beaver County, PA where their only child was born, Arthur Boyd Todd (b. March 12, 1917 - d. Feb. 1970). I have been told that she may have been from WV or had relative in WV because when both Bessie and William died early in Arthur's childhood, Arthur lived with relatives in WV (Chester, WV maybe).

I found this in a 1910 census record:
Could this be Bessie? I typed it exactly as it appeared on Ancestry.com.
