Forgive my intrusion, but I usually answer these when Ed already hasn't. I hope that this helps.

Also, just a note about Neelys. In St. Paul's German Lutheran Church Records by Gertrude Zeigler there are some Nelieh entries. This name supposedly changed to Neely.

I did check in the willbook indexes for that spelling, but there were none. However, in your search for ancestors, you might want to look at the other spelling.
