I checked Beaver, Butler and Mercer Co. Willbook Indexes and found no Robert Francis. However, that doesn't mean that they aren't there, it just means that the person who did the index may have missed it. I found the wills of two of my GGGGrandfathers in Butler Co. Willbooks before I had the index. When I looked in the index, they weren't listed. Your best bet is to find the date of death (Maybe check with the cemetaries or funeral homes in the area) and order the willbook microfilm from the local Family History Center at the LDS Church or call the Courthouse in the area.
