Unfortunately adoption records in Pennsylvania are sealed literally forever. Access to them remains severely restricted even after 120 years. As I understand it, it takes a court order to get them unsealed. There is however a provision in Pennsylvania law that allows for the names of the birth parents to be revealed after they are deceased. I would say the chances are extremely great that they are most certainly deceased by now.
One thing that will definitely help is if you supply or if don't know find out what her exact date of birth was.
Does Dolores have any clues about her mother's birth parents? Any clues can help such as where she was born, stories about the parents, relatives, etc. Also unfortunately any relatives who might know anything are probably long gone.
