John Thompson 1760-1836

I'm looking for information on John Thompson who was born about 1760. He died in 1836 and supposedly is buried in the Georgetown Cemetery although there is no record of this. Possibly he is buried near Hookstown. His wife was Mary and he had seven children that I know of. Their names were William, John, Benjamin, Samuel, Ellenor, James, and Elizabeth. Any information you have on this family would be greatly appreciated.
