I was doing some Barratt research for someone and just came across your post today. I know your post is 5/6 years old, and it looks as if you have all the info listed here, but I thought I would pass this along anyways. Here is an obit from the Beaver Falls Review dated 2/28/1929.

Joseph H. Barrett, aged 82 years, a veteran of the Civil War and former resident of Beaver Falls, died at the United States Marine Hospital, in Pittsburgh, Friday, from complications. He was born in Beaver County, March 11, 1847. He is survived by four brothers: James L., Fulton, Mich.; Charles, East Palestine, O.; W.A., Monaca, and Thomas B., New Brighton.
