I've never heard of a witches grave in Beaver County... but the grave of Mary Reed in Economy Twp. has part of this saying on her tombstone. The saying is fairly common and dates back to the 1600's, possibly earlier.

Stranger, stop and cast an eye...
As you are now, So once was I...
As I am now, so you will be...
Prepare for death, and follow me...

I've seen two beginning lines for this verse:
Stranger, stop... and
Remember, friend as you pass by...
