To get to Highland Cemetery from East Liverpool, travel Rt. 68 toward Midland. Take Rt. 168 North out of Midland and up the steep hill. Follow 168 until you reach Tuscarawas Rd. Turn Left and travel not a mile, then turning left on to Salem Church Rd. Salem/Highland Cemetery is on this road a few miles out on the left side. (This is actually following Rt. 168 the whole way from Midland.) The cemetery is right on the road so you can't miss it.
