HI Nancy,
I believe Catherine's middle name may have been Belle. The first Obit referenced "Mrs. John Twist" who is most likely the same as "Mrs. Belle Twist" in the second obit.
The Census records all refer to Belle Fordyce with approxiamate age for Catherine. My hunch is this is Catherine.
Is it possible Elizabeth's maiden name was Able?
