Hi,
I am looking for Info on a Samuel S. Oates that was born in Hampshire Co., WV abt 1882. His WW2 Draft Reg Card, dated April 27, 1942, showing him living in Chester Co. Associated with a Guy W. Oates. Samuel is shown in the 1930C as living in Franklin, Adams County, Pa. There do not appear to be death records indicating that Sam returned to Hamp Co. WV. He is about 60 in 1942 so I make the assumption he dies in that area. I am hoping a desendent living in these counties will remember him. Or that someone remembers his HS.
