Pam -- It does not appear I will be of much help to you. The following are the only individuals in my files bearing any variant of the given name of Richard together with the surname OXFORD. Louise's surname does not appear in my notes. These are excerpts from a book by James Franklin OXFORD, which he has since posted on-line. You might wish to search this forum for his name, or the name of Samuel OXFORD, then visit his website and review his book for possible updates. GOOD LUCK!
