I am searching for information on Joseph Owsley/Woolsey, born 1815-1821 and Wife, Elizabeth, born ca 1821-1822.
I find, in Lawrence County, KY a Josiah Owsley, and wife Elizabeth. Children: Evaline, born ca 1841, John born 1844, Sarilda, born 1845, Elisha born ca 1848, and Wesley, born 1849-1850.
Then on the 1880 Lawrence County, KY Census I find,
W. George Woosley born ca 1853, John (Bro.), born ca 1842, Wesley, born 1850, JOSEPH, (father), born 1821, ELIZABETH, (mother), born ca 1822, Evaline Sexton, born 1840, and A. Ellen Sexton, born 1868, (adopted).

I later find the following marriages... William J Carter married Srilda, Lawrence County, 1874 and I find one son born 1878. and then we have....George W Owsley married in Lawrence County, Martha Cyrus, 1889.

Any help with this family will be most appreciated
