My grandfather was John Noah Wilburn Alaxander Owensby. Married Hettie Elrod. He worked in the coal mines and copper mines of Tennessee in the early 1900s. His father's name was Johnathan Owensby and his mother's name was Nancy Cordillia. His brothers were named Elie and Alan, his sisters were Tilda, Liza and Ommie. Tilda married Jack Mitchel.
